MSUCorps to receive more than $1 million in grants

Gov. Steve Beshear announced that Kentucky has received more than $3.7 million in AmeriCorps funding from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for 12 programs. Morehead State University will receive more than $1 million for its MSUCorps program.

MSU closed July 3
In observance of the Independence Day holiday, Morehead State University will be closed Friday, July 3.

GSP to host Alice Lloyd

Kentucky Governor's Scholars Program at Morehead State University will present Jacqueline Hamilton as Alice Spencer Geddes Lloyd Sunday, July 5, at 7 p.m. at the historic Button Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Retirees to visit Shaker Village in July

Morehead State University retirees will spend a day at Shaker Village, as well as take a riverboat ride on the Dixie Belle Thursday, July 16.
